Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free plan first

The Trader Report Card and Discipline Score are free forever. Try Mirror properly before paying — we’d rather you upgrade sure than refund sorry.

Plans are prepaid for the period you choose (monthly or yearly) and do not auto-renew silently.
You can cancel anytime from Settings → Plan. Your paid features stay active until the end of the period you paid for.

7-day guarantee: first-time Pro or Elite purchases are fully refundable within 7 days of payment, no questions asked. Write to support@askmirror.in from your account email.
After 7 days: monthly plans are non-refundable for the current month. Yearly plans are refundable pro-rata for unused full months, minus payment-gateway charges.
Duplicate or failed payments:refunded in full automatically; if you don’t see it within 7 working days, contact us.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 working days.
